About Sara Brinell

Through education, study, and inspiration, I have come to understand that real transformation is not something we only learn intellectually. It happens through lived experience and practice.
My own practice has been my greatest teacher, supported by nature, people, books, and the ongoing exploration of what it means to be human.
What I have learned is that sustainable change requires engagement. Not just insight, but embodied practice over time.
Based on both education and lived experience, I now work as a speaker and author focusing on human sustainability, presence, and how we navigate modern life and work. My work is grounded in long-term practice within yoga, mindfulness, and time spent in nature, and I explore the factors that shape our wellbeing, including stress, recovery, attention, and our relationship to ourselves and our environment.
At the heart of my work is the belief that human beings have a capacity for clarity, resilience, and reconnection, especially in times of overwhelm and disconnection.
My personal experience with mental health challenges, deep depression, and the grief of losing my parents has profoundly shaped my understanding of what it means to rebuild a meaningful and grounded life. Today, my work is dedicated to sharing these insights with individuals and organizations seeking more sustainable ways of living and working.
